Lewis Pike — digital systems consultant
[ About ]

Most businesses don't have a marketing problem. They have a systems problem.

Everything depends on the owner. Posting manually. Following up manually. Recreating the same processes every week.

When the backend of a business relies on manual work, growth creates friction.

I help entrepreneurs replace that friction with systems.

[ Who I Am ]

Lewis Pike.

I'm Lewis Pike, a systems automation consultant and the founder of Lewis Pike Digital Consulting.

I work with entrepreneurs and digital businesses to build the automation, workflows, and backend infrastructure that allow a company to grow without everything depending on the owner.

Most businesses don't struggle because they lack ideas or effort. They struggle because too many parts of the business still rely on manual work.

Manual posting. Manual follow-ups. Manual processes repeated every week.

My work focuses on replacing that friction with systems.

[ What I Do ]

Automation systems that improve how businesses operate.

I design and implement automation systems that improve how businesses operate. That includes systems for:

  • Marketing and lead capture
  • Content automation and distribution
  • CRM and client delivery workflows
  • Operational processes
  • AI-powered automation

Most businesses already have the tools they need. They just aren't connected properly.

I build the infrastructure behind the scenes that allows those tools to work together — so the business runs more smoothly and requires less constant effort to maintain.

[ Systems I've Built ]

Replacing manual work with infrastructure.

Content Automation

Long-form content → AI processing → short-form posts → email newsletter → social distribution → content library archive.

Lead Capture & Follow-Up

Automated systems that connect landing pages, CRMs, and messaging tools to ensure every lead enters a structured follow-up process.

AI Workflow Automation

Systems that use AI to assist with content creation, documentation, research, and operational workflows.

Operations & Delivery

Backend infrastructure that connects CRMs, project management tools, and communication platforms to streamline how work moves through a business.

[ Why Systems Matter ]

The issue is usually structural.

Entrepreneurs are often told the solution is more discipline or harder work. In reality, the issue is usually structural. The business is missing systems.

Instead of rebuilding the same processes every week, the business runs on systems that continue working in the background.

When repeatable work becomes automated and documented:

Stress decreases
Consistency increases
Mistakes are reduced
Time is freed up for strategy and growth
[ My Story ]

How I got here.

My interest in systems thinking started with a personal lesson.

During college I accumulated significant debt through student loans, credit cards, and poor financial decisions. Eventually I realized something needed to change.

Instead of relying on motivation alone, I applied the same mindset I used in technology. I built systems that changed my behavior.

Systems to reduce spending.
Systems to increase income.
Systems to create accountability.

That shift helped me regain control of my finances and shaped how I approach business today.

[ Digital Systems Academy ]

Training the next generation of operators.

In addition to consulting, I also run Digital Systems Academy.

The academy teaches freelancers and operators how to build automation systems for modern businesses using automation tools and AI workflows.

The demand for people who understand systems and automation is growing rapidly. Digital Systems Academy exists to train the next generation of operators who can build those systems.

[ Outside of Work ]

Why I build systems.

I'm a husband and father, and many of the systems I build exist for a simple reason: to create more time.

Time for family.
Time for meaningful work.
Time to think instead of constantly reacting.

Automation isn't just about efficiency. It's about building a business that supports the life you want to live.

The problem usually
isn't motivation. It's the lack of systems.

If everything in your business depends on you — posting, following up, recreating the same processes every week — the good news is systems can be built.
